  • That's what the first month is for. I learn your voice, your processes, your priorities. I dig deep into your business, ask a lot of questions, pay attention to how you do things, and adapt to work the way you work.

  • That's actually perfect. It means we have space to be proactive, maintain systems, and work on improvements instead of just putting out fires. We can dive into strategic projects like documentation, system refinements, or planning ahead.

  • Absolutely! Life and business are unpredictable. There’s a minimum of 10 hours per month, but we can always chat about shifting support if your needs change.

  • Absolutely! A lot of clients choose to add a Quarterly Workflow Audit ($104) where we review and refresh one system every 3 months to keep operations running efficiently. If you’re finding you need more hands-on support, we can also increase your monthly retainer hours, we’ll chat through what makes the most sense for your business during our monthly calls.

  • It’s important to typically give a partnership 30 days to see how it’s working. If it isn’t clicking, I’d rather have an honest conversation than let either of us feel stuck. No hard feelings, no guilt, we’ll simply decide what’s best.
