You will receive a Welcome Packet with helpful information about working together. We’ll also jump on a call to review everything together before officially getting started.

FAQ

  • That's what the first month is for. I learn your voice, your processes, your priorities. I dig deep into your business, ask a lot of questions, pay attention to how you do things, and adapt to work the way you work.

  • Absolutely! Life and business are unpredictable. There’s a minimum of 10 hours per month, but we can always chat about shifting support if your needs change.

  • Absolutely! If you’re finding you need more hands-on support, we can discuss increasing your monthly retainer hours, we’ll chat through what makes the most sense for your business during our monthly call.

  • It’s important to typically give a partnership 60 days to see how it’s working. If it isn’t clicking, I’d rather have an honest conversation than let either of us feel stuck. No hard feelings, no guilt, we’ll simply decide what’s best.
