  • The typical timeline for a single workflow fix is ~5 business days (depending on the project). The exact duration will be confirmed after our initial meeting to define the project scope. Please note that additional workflows or features may extend the timeline.

  •  I've worked with pretty much everything (Dubsado, HoneyBook, Asana, ClickUp, Acuity, Calendly, Zapier, Simple Practice, Jane, Sessions, Spruce Health, Kit, ... the list goes on). If it's something new, I'll learn it.

  • That's what the 7-day support window is for. Small tweaks, questions, "actually can we adjust this" moments (up to one hour), all covered. If you need bigger changes later, we can talk about additional support.

  • I totally get it. Tech can feel overwhelming. That's exactly why I do the handoff walkthrough, to make sure you feel confident, not confused

  • No problem! Add extra systems for $250 each. Each comes with full setup, documentation, and a walkthrough.
